Cryptozoic Entertainment Announces
Tomb of the Forgotten Now Available

Irvine, CA (June 12, 2012)—Cryptozoic Entertainment, the premier developer of licensed and original games, and Blizzard Entertainment today expanded the World of Warcraft® Trading Card Game with the release of its eighteenth card set, Aftermath: Tomb of the Forgotten. Based on Blizzard Entertainment's award-winning massively multiplayer online role-playing game, the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game brings the action and excitement of the online game to the tabletop, with both at-home and organized play experiences designed for anyone who enjoys World of Warcraft.

The latest addition to the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game’s Aftermath block, Tomb of the Forgotten introduces a new monster race, the proud and ritualistic Tol’vir, and three new Monster heroes: Paladin, Priest and Rogue. Firmly rooted in World of Warcraft lore, Tomb of the Forgotten brings players through an epic journey. For generations, would-be conquerors have ravaged the land in search of the mythical Titan weapon – a weapon safeguarded by a proud race. Can honor protect them? Those in search of the coveted weapon have left devastation in their wake. To defend the world, you must steel yourself and brave the Lost City of the Tol’vir. The future is not etched in stone.

As always, players will have the chance to obtain randomly inserted Loot™ cards that provide cosmetic items for their online World of Warcraft characters. The Tomb of the Forgotten common Loot card is the Sand Scarab, allowing players to summon a non-combat companion to accompany them on quests. The uncommon Loot card is the Spurious Sarcophagus, providing the spooky experience of being trapped inside a mummy’s tomb, complete with a creak upon entry audible to all players in earshot. The rare Loot card is the White Camel, giving players an exclusive mount that allows them to venture through Azeroth in true Tomb of the Forgotten style.

Tomb of the Forgotten can be purchased at hobby and retail stores or ordered online at the Cryptozoic Entertainment e-store for $3.99 per 16-card booster pack and $143.64 per 36-pack display. The Tomb of the Forgotten Epic Collection, featuring a playmat, a deck box, six booster packs, six foil hero cards, and one common Loot card, is available for $39.99.
