Your hero deals 2 Melee damage to target hero or
ally. If you targeted a hero, you may interrupt an
ability card played by its controller.
THis is a pretty damn
good card. 2 damage for 3 isn't all that amazing,
but its damage PLUS you can intterupt an ability.
Very solid, very usable... very annoying for your
Sealed: 4/5 If you get a Kick in sealed, you may
want to consider playing a Rogue.
Constructed: 4/5 Great card. Everyone has abilites
that you don't want to happen, and Kick fixxes that
Casual: 4/5 Just as good, and its fun. Nothing
like waiting for your opponent to Charge or
Intercept, and you Kick them where it counts. :)
Raid: 4/5 Raid bosses have some mean ability
cards. Countering one of them is simply crazy
cool. Ony gonna wipe the raid by killing all
Ally's? Kick away! In what other game can you get
away with kicking a dragon and not get eaten? :)
Well it’s, “Kick butt like a Rogue” week here on
Pojo. We’ll be looking at various Rogue stuff all
week, probably because Rogues have had a nice
resurgence in popularity and game play effectiveness
with the release of FOO.
Kick (as in butt) is the Rogue’s counterspell. But
like many other Rogue cards, it really has 2
effects. It is an instant 3 cost that does 2 damage
to a target hero or ally, so you’ve always got that
to use it for. But if you target a hero, you can
interrupt an ability. Great stuff to protect your
hero as he goes in for the kill and you know or
think your opponent is holding a Lay on Hands or
some other awesome card that could turn the game
around for them.
