When your hero defends, it deals 1 fire damage to
each opposing hero and ally.
I am in love with
this shield. Its expensive to play, and its defense
is only mediocre. The real draw is its ability to
deal damage to everything else when you defend. On
a warrior in a raid, you can pop off Whelps real
easy.

FYI, I gave it 3/5 across the board because, even
though I like the card, I don't see it as being
amazingly powerful or terrible in any format. Its a
solid card all around, but not terrible, and far
from perfect.
