Hello, this is my
first Top Ten and I hope I do well. This is a list of my top ten promo
cards (ex. video games, movie, shonen jump, etc.) I hope you
enjoy!

Alpha/Beta/Gamma the Magnet Warriors All: **** Earth,
Rock
Ok these guys are
# 10 because you need them for Valkyrion. Beta has pretty decent
attack (1700) and Gamma has almost ok defense (1800). Alpha really is just
bad (1400/1700). I would only run any of these guys in a fun deck because
they don't have enough individual strength to do much except bore your
opponent.
9. Riryoku
Normal Spell
This card is at # 9
because of a certain little thing called Magical Cylinders. Too many times
has MC ruined one of my huge attack plans. Also this card is not
continuous so the attack returns to normal at the end phase of your turn.
All I'd say to do is use it on Jinzo so your opponent can't use any traps to
shoot it back at you.
8. Kinetic
Soldier *** 1350 attack
There is only one way
this guy got on my list: DNA surgery. Change all monsters to warriors and
this guy can do some major damage. He gets like a 2000 attack bonus to
1350 attack points so he can beat almost anything out
there.
7. Graceful Dice
Quick Spell
This is a decent
card. You can raise a monster’s
attack by up to 600 attack and defense points. Not too bad but you might get a 1 and
nobody likes that. Still the chance
of getting 600 more attack points is so cool!
6. Skull Dice
Normal Trap
Now this card is
higher up than Graceful because it lowers your opponents’ attack and
defense. About to be attacked by a
Jinzo? Bring him down to a total of
1800 by rolling a 6. It’s so fun to
really screw up your opponents’ strategy and destroy their monster with out even
attacking!
5. Valkyrion the Magna Warrior ********
3500 attack
At # 5 we have
Valkyrion the Magna Warrior. The
only problem is summoning him to the field. You have to offer Alpha, Beta, and Gamma
to Special summon him. If you do
however, this guy has the best defense in the whole American card game! With 3500 attk points, very little can
stand up to him, and with a Big Bang Shot equipped to him, he’ll cause damage no
matter what mode your opponents monster is in.
4. Fairy King Truesdale ****** 2200 attack
This monster is awesome. His effect is that he powers up any plant type monsters on your side of the field. That includes him! Fairy King is a one tribute for 2700 attack points. I think that covers the whole thing.
3. Exchange Normal Spell
I like to use this card with Dark Designator. Use D.D. to put a good card in your opponents’ hand and then Exchange to take it from them. Just don’t use it when you have a good card in your hand, or your opponent will take it from you.
2. Sorcerer of Dark Magic ********* 3200 attack (movie promo)
I love this card. Sorcerer is like Jinzo on 27 steroids. You tribute 2 lvl.6+ Spellcasters to special summon him to the field, and you can choose to negate the activation of and destroy any trap card. It doesn’t even cost anything! At 3200 attack points he laughs at almost all monsters. This is the first card I got at the movie and I think he is the best.
1. Dark Paladin the Ultimate Magical Swordsman ******** 2900 attack (up close secret rare version)
My absolute favorite card, this guy is the best dragon slayer. When I bring him out you see my pride shine forth! Anyway… Dark Paladin gains 500 attack… negate and destroy magic cards at the cost of one card in your hand… that’s pretty much it. I still think he’s cool (I have both versions of his card) and with Sorcerer of Dark Magic You can make a magic and trap lock that works very nicely. ^_^
