Here is the top 10 cards from Rise of destiny. #10 Back to square one For the price of discarding 1 card from your hand to get to send 1 opponent's monster to the top of his/her deck.Also you can use this card to prevent your opponent from drawing the right card. #9 Mind Haxorz You pay 500 lifepoints to see the cards in your opponent's hand and all his/her set cards on the field.This could be what it feels to be Pegasus. #8 Divine wrath You can get rid of a effect monster that bothers you for only the cost of discarding 1 card.You can use this card to destroy a Lava golem. #7 Monster reincarnation Well this card isnt monster reborn but can help you by adding 1 monster card normal or effect from your graveyard to your hand.Just discard a card probably sinister serpent to get the monster card you want from your graveyard. #6 Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast This card is good in a machine deck.You either have 2800 Atk monster or a 1400 Atk monster.Its best to use megamorph on this card. #5 Gaia soul the combustible collective This card can be a Obelisk for 1 turn and inflict damage while the monster is in defense mode.Too bad this card gets destroyed during the end phase.It can be good in a fire deck. #4Thestalos the firestorm monarch A 1 tribute fire monster that gets to discard 1 card from opponent's hand if tribute summone succesfully.Also it inflicts damage if the card is a monste card. #3 Perfect machine king A 2700 Atk machine monster that can gain 500 Atk points for each machine on the field except for itself. #2 Mystic swordsman If this card attacks a defense position monster it can destroy it immediately without flipping it face up or damage calculation.You also get to send the destroyed monster to the top of your opponent's deck.You can use this with Yata-Garasu in the traditonal format. Here is the #1 monster of RDS #1 The Creator For only the cost of discarding 1 card to you to special summon 1 monster from your graveyard.This card is like the monster version of monster reborn except you cant reborn form your opponent's graveyard.Sinsiter serpent can be also needed with this effect. The downside is that you cant special summon this card from the graveyard but you can use monster reincarnation to bring this card back from the graveyard to your hand.
