Zombies are have always been a powerful force in YuGiOh and will continue to remain up there with the most powerful decks. They are a force to be reckoned with but sadly they lack a few cards in my opinion - mainly a field magic card specifically for zombies. Yes I know that they have wasteland but that is really a waste of a card slot. If Call of the Mummy was a field magic card then zombies could become a dominating deck type. It needs to be field magic to be comboed with terraforming and to overcome gravekeeper, archfiend, ALO decks and so on. Back on track now. Some of the mosters are overpowered either through there effects or there ATK/DEF - I tried to make them as reasonable as possible by either increasing the cost of an effect, tributing or creating more difficult summonings. With that said I believe these cards are playable given a few minor tweaks. KONAMI & UDE - Take note. The Undead Army 1. Undead Warlord/DARK/Zombie/Monster |8| 2000/2000 This card is unaffected by trap cards however if targeted by a monster or magic card then this card is instantly removed from play. Also during every end phase if this card exists on the field special summon one monster token (zombie ATK/DEF 500/0) on the field or equip it to any monster on the field. If a token is equipped to a monster increase the monsters ATK/DEF by 500/0 and inflict 500 points of direct damage to the controller of the monster the token is equipped to during the controllers standby phase. 2. Undead Healer/DARK/Zombie/Monster |4| 0/1500 During your standby phase, for every zombie-type monster on the field or graveyard 100 points of direct damage to your opponents life points and increase the DEF of this card by total amount of direct damage dealt to your opponent by the effect of this card. 3. Undead Soldier /DARK/Zombie/Monster |3| 500/500 During you standby phase you may discard 1 card from your hand to special summon 1 Undead Soldier from your deck or graveyard. When 3 Undead Soldiers are present on your side of the field you can either attack your opponnents life points directly or you can remove all 3 Undead SOldiers from play during your end phase to special summon 1 Undead Commander from your fusion deck. 4. Undead Commander /DARK/Zombie/Fusion |10| 3300/3000 This card can only be special summoned by the effect of Undead Soldier. During the end phase of the turn this card was special summoned return it to the fusion deck. 5. Undead Reaper /DARK/Zombie/Monster |6| 1900/1000 When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent by destroying a monster increase the ATK of this card by the amount of battle damage inflicted. 6. Undead Reanimator /DARK/Zombie/Monster |1| 300/300 FLIP: Select 1 card from either yours or your opponents graveyard and place it in your deck face up, then shuffle it. 7. Undead Frontrunner /DARK/Zombie/Monster |4| 0/2000 FLIP: Pay 1000 life points and see the top 5 cards of your deck. Put up to 2 zombie-type monsters in your hand and send the rest of the cards to the graveyard. 8. Undead Spellcaster /DARK/Zombie/Monster |5| 2400/2000 Increase the ATK of all zombie-type monsters on the field by 300. During your opponents standby phase treat this card as a field magic card and place it in the Field Magic Zone until your standby phase. During your standby phase special summon it back to your field if it is placed in the field magic zone. If this card is destroyed randomly remove 1 card from play from your opponents deck or graveyard. 9. Undead Captain /DARK/Zombie/Monster |6| 2300/2000 Activate one of the following effects: - Remove this card from play to destroy up to 2 cards on the field - Each time this card destroys inflicts battle or direct damage to your opponent, add 1 counter on this card. When this card has 3 counters on it destory them to special summon 1 Undead General from your deck or hand during the end phase of this turn 10. Undead General /DARK/Zombie/Monster |10| 3000/3000 This card cannot be special summoned except by the effect of Undead Captian. When this card is special summoned inflict 200 points of damage for every zombie-type monster in your graveyard and on the field.
