Immortal of Thunder, Hane-Hane, Ultimate offering.

Use Ultimate Offering to bring both creatures out, making sure you can stall for one turn. Next turn, flip Immortal of Thunder to activate effect, follow with flipping Hane-Hane to return Immortal of Thunder to your hand. You gain 300 life points without losing the 5000.
