Cards needed:

Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon (already summoned)
Suijin
Kuriboh
Summoned Skull
Magic Jammer
Man-eater Bug (for back up)
Reinforcements 2x
Sword Of Deep Seated
Block Attack 2x

You should really do this when the opponent has strong cards like the Gate 
Guardian. First, you have to play Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon and the Summoned 
Skull face up with the Kuriboh face down guarding the Summoned Skull. If they 
attack the Summoned Skull, your lucky! You will do this just fine. Now you 
just put Man-eater Bug face down in defense mode guarding the THTD and 1 
Reinforcements on the Summoned Skull. The Block Attack will shift the high 
attack points into defense mode. So attack with any if it's higher than the 
strong defense. Then, wait till your opponent's turn is over. Play your 
second Reinforcements and the Sword Of Deep Seated on the Summoned Skull and 
play Suijin face down in defense mode and if they play trap hole or use there 
fisure, counter it with Magic Jammer and throw away your weakest card and 
make sure it's not the one that's part of the combo. Last, play your Block 
Attack and shift his/hers Strongest monster and there is my combo! Hope you
