Ring of Magnetism combo and question!

Well this is my first time posting something i am
mexican so i dont have much oportuinities to have an
actual game but i have a few friends and well we think
this may work

COMBO--

cards you need

Ring of Magnetism 
Revers Trap

Extra that i like
 
Saga of thunder
Waboku
Mirror Force

well this goes like this choose a good monster (atk
1800 or more)play Ring of Magnetisim on it wait for
your turn to end when your oponent tries to atack your
weak monster use Reverse Trap (insted of having -400
you will have +400 here is were i am not sure so if i
am wrong dont post it :) )
example 
Dark elf +ring magnetism =1800 atk
Dark elf + ROM+ Reverse trap= 2400 atk

here i like to use Saga of thunder because of his
efect (reduce the openent atk to 0)+ROM if they want
to atk they will have to do it and Die!! LOL

if you are lucky to combine it whit waboku and mirror
force you will have fun (the fun part is he thinks he
is safe to kill you and WOW )for at least 4 turns LOL

1st Monster efect!
2nd Mirror force!
3rd Waboku!
4th reverse trap!

The question is does it work??can i do that using
reverse trap??
