Hello again...This is the final correction on ring of magnetism.
Ring of Magnetism CANNOT be equipt on your opponents monster. This is the Japanese ruling and we follow the Japanese rules! Many people (including me) Keep e-mailing these RoM things. And to PROVE MY FACT I was in an Official Upper-Deck tournament and I tried to equip my RoM on my opponents mon but one of the judges where there and said "That is illegal" just to prove my fact.My email is Nraham@yahoo.com
