First you need the following Cards:

Catapult Turtle
Shadow Ghoul
Change of Heart(Optional)
Brain control(Japanese Players)
Or Monster Reborn(Optional)

First -make sure this is around the end of the duel!

Second -if you don't have Catapult Turtle , and your opponent has one , use 
the Change of heart Card to control it  , or for japanese players , brain 
Control and if none of these work you have one final shot and that its to 
use Reborn the Monster or Monster Reborn!

Third -you will Place your shadow ghoul as a tribute as exchange of the 
Catapult Turtles effect. I would make sure you have lots of monster in your 
grave , because at the beginning , this combo is useless.
