this combo follows all the rules, it WORKS. Last will works like that, and 
you can use an effect thats not a flip efect infinate times.

In order to offer two monsters on the field, you need to play two Last Will 
cards. After you use them, the two cards are destroyed (that is, they don't 
remain on the field for you to use again).

Alright,I start this "little confusion/fight" about Ring of Magnetism.
  Many people are ranting and/or confused and/or misusing Ring of
Magnetism.I'm typing this because a lot of people are saying stuff about
this card.Firstly I'll define Ring of Magnetism and it states:
"A MONSTER EQUIPPED WITH THIS CARD DECREASES ITS ATK AND DEF BY 500
POINTS.ALL YOUR OPPONENTS MONSTERS MUST ATTACK THE MONSTER EQUIPPED WITH
THIS CARD."

So,now you know what this card does.Now here's what it says in the
CANADIAN/AMERICAN Rule book says about Equip magic cards(under paragragh
#2):"HOWEVER, YOU MAY EQUIP EITHER YOUR OWN OR YOUR OPPONENTS MONSTER CARDS
WITH EQUIP MAGIC CARDS."

So that means YOU  CAN  EQUIP Ring of Magnetism ON YOUR OPPONENTS
MONSTERS!!!!!!!! I even did this in a small tournament and it wasn't illegal
because it was in the RULEBOOK!!!
So you can do this I type it again:
YOU  CAN  EQUIP Ring of Magnetism ON YOUR OPPONENT'S MONSTERS!!!!!!!!
YOU  CAN  EQUIP Ring of Magnetism ON YOUR OPPONENT'S MONSTERS!!!!!!!!
YOU  CAN  EQUIP Ring of Magnetism ON YOUR OPPONENT'S MONSTERS!!!!!!!! YOU
CAN  EQUIP Ring of Magnetism ON YOUR OPPONENT'S MONSTERS!!!!!!!!

So that means when equip this card on your opponent's monster he/she attacks
his/hers own monster!!!!!!!!

Yes you can attach Ring of Magnetism to your opponent's monster. HOWEVER, 
since one cannot attack one's own monsters, your opponent doesn't hurt 
himself. When it is your turn, YOU must end up attacking the opponent's 
monster with the Ring of Magnetism (if you choose to attack, that is).
