Subject: Don't knock it till you've tried it....


This little review is going to be about the extremely overrated and 
constantly mocked Gradius. When people look at Gradius all they see is a 
really crappy monster. But of course why should they see something 
different? When is the last time you heard someone say, Bow before the 
wrath of my Gradius! ? Chances are you haven t. Well with the release of 
LOD we got a card that could change all that. The card is called Gradius s 
Option . First off let s take a look at Gradius s Option.



Gradius s Option

Light/ 1 star

Machine/Effect

This monster can only be Special Summoned by selecting 1 Gradius on your 
side of the field.  The ATK and DEF of this monster is always applied to 
the ATK and DEF of the selected Gradius. If the selected Gradius is 
destroyed or removed from the field, this card is also destroyed.



Now there are a few things good and bad about this so lets look at those:

Pros:

Special Summon!!!

Machine (Can we say limiter removal?)

1 star (Gravity Bind)

ATK and DEF keep changing, so if the targeted Gradius gets bigger so does it.



Cons:

1 star (skull liar)

If Gradius gets gone so does it

ATK and DEF keep changing, so if the targeted Gradius gets smaller so does it.



Now does Gradius still seem like a wimp? Well then let me just show you a 
little combo that ll kill anyone or anything unless it s stopped of course.

3x Gradius s Option

1x Gradius

1x United We Stand

1x Limiter Removal

Now a little math for you guys&

Gradius 1200 + Option(1) 1200 + Option(2) 1200 + Option(3) 1200 = 4800

United We Stand Equipped to Targeted Gradius (Minimum) = 3200 per Gradius s 
Option

So that ll be&

4800 + Gradius 3200 + Option(1) 3200 + Option(2) 3200 + Option(3) 3200 = 17600

Now just to spice it up a little more lets do limiter removal&

17600 x 2 = 35200



Well now, I don t know about you but I ve never faced anyone with 35200 
life points to kill off. I would encourage everyone to give Gradius a shot 
as I think he can be very powerful as of now. Well there you have it. Send
