Subject: Getting Started Thewiseone


Hey what's up to all the newbies and the season veterans.  Before I get 
started I just want to say thank you for choosing to play Yugioh.

I have been playing this game since before they were sanctioned tournaments 
so forgive me if my info is a little out of date.  If you want to "get 
started" I believe these are the steps you should take.

Step 1. Getting starter 
Decks. 
It is very important that you get at least one of each start Deck.  Form 
each deck you build your own personal deck

Step 2. Deck 
Building 
I suggest that a  newbie should approxmatly have 20 monsters 10 magic and 
10 traps.  This deck will be weak, but realize that some of most powerful 
cards you won't be able to use to their full poteintal because of lack of 
experiance.

Step 3. 
Dueling 
Before even starting to duel make sure you have read the rulebook and 
understand it.  If you face a more experiance duelist you may lose.  Don't 
worry about it.  The more you lose the more you learn.  As a result you 
will become stronger.  So duel often.

Step 4. 
Watching 
If you can watch others duel.  Especially seasoned veterans.  This will 
help with ideas to make you own deck stronger.
