Subject: A couple of tips and a rant Hey this is my first tip for Pojo so i hope it gets posted. With the release of Pharaonic Guardian we get all new combos to play with. A couple I've noticed that work really well are the following. 1) Necrovalley + Gilasaurus= FUN! Well we all know what Necrovalley does thanks to the good people of Pojo's, so here's Gilasaurus. Earth. Dinosaur/Effect. 1400/400. You may treat the summon of this card as a special summon. If you select special summon, your opponent may select a Monster card from his/her graveyard and special summon the monster to the field. Well, obviously you see the fun here. You get a free monster while your opponent is bound to Necrovalley's effect. You can then tribute summon for Gravekeeper's Chief (or any other tribue monster) to the field with little fuss. I use this in my Gravekeeper's Blader deck and it is pretty awesome. People get mighty annoyed when I get Buster Blader on the field and they can't defend themselves. 2) Spirit Reaper(Reaper on the Nightmare) + Tornado Wall & Umi(Legendary Ocean)= Fun!Fun!Fun!. Okay this is a pretty nasty little trick. Your opponent sees your pathetic 300(800) atk zombie on the field and laughs as he powers up Blue-Eyes White Dragon to an inssane amount of attack points. You laugh even harder as he runs right into Tornado Wall and must deal with the seldom dying effect of these two zombies. Watch Exodia slowly become not so mighty. Slifer the Sky Dragon? Don't think so. Add Robbin' Goblin and a few more of these zombies and the good times just keep on rollin'. The only thing you have to worry about is magic/trap removal and Jinzo(no good machine type card. I hate you Jinzo!) Anyway back to the point. This is a great combo and has earned a spot in my side deck. Now on to the rant. I can't express enough that this is just a game. The world won't be destroyed if you lose a duel. Your friend's will most likely never be kidnapped by a long haired, mind-controlling freak, just so you're forced to duel. The main point of this game is to have fun. I can't tell you how many times I've had people say "I'll give you x amount of cards (or money) if you let me win." Even had one guy almost cry on me. So you lost one duel, big deal. It's not a waste of money if you had fun (and yes you had fun if you dueled. Just think you could have been cleaning your room, working, or doing homework.) As I've stated a couple times now, it's just a game people. Have fun with it. Oh yeah one more thing. Don't let anyone tell you that your deck isn't good because it doesn't have a certain monster, magic, trap or number of cards. It's your deck. It's what you think best works for you. Personally I run two Dark Ruler Ha Des(I may have to type it this way but I don't say it this way) and a Summoned Skull. Yeah that may seem like a lot of tribute monsters but it works well for me. Well that is it for now. If you want to talk strategy, see my deck, or anything else my e-mail is tlc4ever@hotmail.com. Just make sure that you leave a subject heading regarding Yugi or I will delete without hesitance. One final word if I may. Being 24 yrs old and playing Yu-Gi-Oh is cool, but I'm tired of traveling to Allentown to duel people my age. Duelists (male/female) ages 18+ of the Kennet Square, West Chester, West Grove area let me hear ya. Okay that's really it this time. This is the Lighting Cat Chris B. signing off.
