Why do we call them broken Celtic
hi all

ok I want to talk about so called "broken" cards and why they are that way (and why konami was stupid to print them the way they are)

I am sure you all know the so called seven staples (gah) are all broken even mst is broken people. why are they broken well several reasons. one is they require near 0 skill in order to either use or to place in your deck for a balancing feature. I mean come on we all saw raigeki and went "I can put this in any deck I want and I don't have to do anything in order to use it, I got to have it" and its not entirely your fault I mena Konami did see it a mile away thats why they were restricted to 1 per deck as soon as they were originally released and most are now being banned. also question to everyone out there, how many times have you drawn a change of heart with no hand and nothing on the feild, stole your oponents monster and finished off their last oh say 100lp? and also how many of those times did you want to say "lets have a rematch that was a cheap win"? I tell you I have done it a few times and had it done to me and yes the ther guy asked for a rematch cause some of these were intense duals what an anti climactic end, luckily if its casual you can ask for the rematch. the reason I want to rematch is cause that kind of final move was too easy and largely based on luck and the card I used required no cost or condition and these are broken cards. they are ideal in 99.9% of situations if not 100%. however aside from the seven staples there are also other broken cards and the common thread I want to mention here is "no theme required". I mean cards should be made with a theme and I am now going to go off on some cards which are not staples but are still broken. first off there is axe of despair which sets the standards for equip cards now any themed equip has to be 1000 atk boost or more to be considered or have some sort of effect. the axe should be resticted to the theme in which it was intended the archfeind / feind decks. also Konami was sleeping when they made united we stand and mage power considering they were originally commons (boy they guy who came up with them feels dumb now). but by the type of cards they are I see united being intended for warriors and mage power being used by spell casters, can anyone see a more balance game and more deck possibilities (I can what about you?). also traps I mean ring of destruction is completely broken and so is magical cylender. now here is were konami can not say they are trying to stick to the anime a bit. though harpy feather duster in the anime did not require harpy lady magical cyclendar required a spellcaster in the anime so I don't want to hear that shit about sticking to the anime or trying to be different its nonsense they should have used their 2 brain cells and realized a better way to balance.also I want to touch on chaose monsters as I have done before, we all know they are broken but lets get back out there, the one that annoys me is CED while black luster soldier is actually more balanced out. CED can almost always get his effect off I mean sommon him and most summon negations do notheing and also at the end of the turn if you are afraid your oponent may be able to come back go boom boom CED and now its a game off the draw (If it ain't already over) having a stronger monster or a trap to defend yourself is pointless, you want to talk about my next candidate for the banned list, oh please put them on. these guys would be like giving magic a 30/30 artifact monster that could destroy all land (if it sounds stupid think of what magic players think of the chaos bros). so look through your deck now and see how many cards you have that you know a 4 year old could figure out is powerful and ask yourself dose it really prove my skill? I am not asking you to remove them by any means I know you can't duel anyone without them and neither can I (I have tried man really its hard) but think about it.

and if you want to know in my deck I run like 3 themed magic/trap cards out of my 40 card deck most are monster based theme, I mean is it even themed? any way thats my beef.
