He sucks hes not worth anything and he will never be seen in a tournament winning deck in fact any deck for that matter. Hes got a fusion but its weak. Nope this guy completely sucks and should be given a rating of 0.0

Rating 1.0 ( i cant put 0 for a rating though :P)

<ed note:  When I first wrote this CotD Review, I thought it was going to be my first one.  This is why it's worded as such.  Turned out later that it was Friday's.  Oh well.>

Well guys, you've got a Magic guy over here now.  Yep - the same guy who's
running the Magic site and throws his two cents in on their CotD has come to
Yu-Gi-Oh now.  So what does that mean for all you in Pojoland?  Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.  You just have another writer - that's about it.

So, for my first card, I get Skull Servant.  Lemme tell you a story about
Skull Servant:

The other day, I was sitting at the computer working on updating the Magic
site.  All of a sudden, I got this HORRIBLE  feeling in my stomach.
Quickly, feeling like I was in trouble, I ran to the bathroom.  Much to my
dismay, I found the toilet paper roll to be empty.  I was crushed.  How was
I possibly going to wipe my butt now?  Then, it came to me!  I yelled to my
lovely wife, "Hey Chris!  Can you throw me a few Skull Servants!"  She
flipped a few under the door into the increasingly rancid room.  I quickly
used them to wipe my butt and was done with it.  After holding my breath for
too long, I was able to escape - escape with the knowledge that Skull
Servant had served it's true purpose.

WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU POSSIBLY PLAY THIS CARD?!?!?!?!

It's stats are disgustingly bad.  Yeah, you fuse it into a Flame Ghost, but
that thing kinda sucks too.  Just play better monsters rather than get fancy
to play a mediocre one.

Rating:  1

It's Friday, and you know what that means, it's time for a Friday fun pick special! (And I didn't even pick the card for today.....*has started Friday tradition*).  Today's fun pick special is a card we've been looking forward to review since the day the Yu-Gi-Oh! site opened, Skull Servant.

Card Text:
Dark/Zombie/1/300/200
"A skeletal ghost that isn't strong but can mean trouble in large numbers."

Analysis:
Excuse me while I write in "1337 sp33k":

$ku|_|_ $3r\/4nt r0><0r$ j00!!!!!!!

Yes, Skull Servant is a god.  If you get three of these on the field, you are unstoppable.  Literally.  Read the flavor text.  It says trouble in large numbers.  You can win instantly with 5 of them on the field (3 of yours, 2 from your opponent), similar to how you win with Exodia if you have all 5 parts in your hand).  They can't be destroyed by Trap Hole, they can be powered up by Castle of Dark Illusions, and they don't require a Tribute to play, either, although I'd pay up to 5 Tributes to play this guy!  He's just that good!

Should YOU play it?
Well, of course you should!  Play 3 of them, and you're unstoppable!

Score:
Skull Servant instantly gets a 5.0.  If I gave it any less, it would be stupid!!!

...

Now that you are totally convinced that I am smoking something REALLY strong (similar to the stuff the people that translated Cyclone as Mystical Space Typhoon were), you should never ever EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER play this card.  (Got it?)

So, Skull Servant gets a 1.0.  No, it can't even do stuff.  (Whoever created that phrase was a genius, and I'll be the first to tell you the genius wasn't me ;.;)

Friday -- Skull Servant -- LoB

Introduction: Oh my gosh I lose to a bony Skull Servant!

Card Info:
Dark / Level 1
300/200
[Zombie]

Why should you use it?
*Nice shocker when you win with it.
*No drawbacks.
*Very easy card to get
*Used in futhure combos
*Confuses opponents
*Cannot be trap hole.
*Great monster to tribute away!
*DEF wall
*Fissure bait
*Tribute to the Doomed bait
*Throw away card
*Zombie type
*Dark type
*Level 1

Why shouldn't you use it?
*Poor stats
(Yes that's all I can think of)

Reasons: Great card to beat  your opponent with. It has to draw backs! It's
a common, what else can I say. Too bad it's from Legend of Blue Eyes though.
This card is a good card when the Multiply card comes out. It confuses your
opponet to think why the heck your playing this card. It cannot be trap
hole! Yeah! Don't have to worry about which monster to tribute, just tribute
this monster away.  A monster to put up, instead of wasting one of your good
monsters for DEF position of course. Make your opponent waste a fissure on
this monster. Make them waste a tribute to the doomed and a card to kill
this monster.  You can use this card to throw away for Tribute to the Doomed
and or Magic Jammer. Yeah it's a zombie type and gets a field power bonus
from Castle of Dark Illusions. It's also a Dark-Type so you can attach a
Swords of Dark Destruction to it. It's a level 1, so that means you don't
have to tribute for this monster. Okay now the drawbacks, it just has
300/200 thats mainly it.

Rating: A very very very good card! Major staple card. Must use in every
deck. I give it a 5.0!!! *Laughs* okay real rating 1.0. I think you know
why.

Conclusion: A great card if you want to confuse your opponent, but is really
pointless card to use. By the way I suggest this CoTD. So all complains goes
to, IDoNotCare@hotmail.com

Want to see how pathetic Yu-Gi-Oh monsters can get?

Skull Servant: 300/200 ATK/DEF. No Effect.

These are the kind of cards people enjoy giving away. Why? Because they will NEVER become playable. Not even close.

Maybe if some excellent fusion somehow came along. But, why use it when we have those reliable fusion-material monsters from the Tournament Packs.

If I could give it a negative number as my rating, I would...

...Rating: 1/5

I'm praying that no one has to stoop this low. ;)

wartortle32 Friday - Skull Servant

Honestly.  Why was this card picked?  Skull servant is
one of the most, if not the weakest monster in the
entire game with stats of 300/200.

What can this card be used for?  Well later on, you
can use it as a tribute to play the deck destruction
virus of death, but there are better monsters you can
tribute like sangan or kuriboh.

I give it a 1/5.  Unfortunately I cant give it a lower
score cause it really deserves one.  If you're playing
this card in your deck, I think you should consider
quitting and playing another game, like checkers.
