Wednesday -- Elf's Light

Introduction: A 400 increasement of attack points and 200 decreasement of defense points.

Why should you use it?
*Power up those Light monsters.
*In mirror match-up, it gives you the advantage

Why shouldn't you use it?
*Equipment cards are never good.
*Light monsters are really weak right now.
*Better powerups like Reinforcement and Demon Axe coming out in the futhure

Reasons: You can powerup Neo The Magical Swordsman and other light monsters. If it's neo vs neo, and you attach Elf's Light to your neo, you will have the advantage. If it stays on the field, it will destroy a lot of monsters. Equipment cards aren't good because the lifespan of a monster is very short. There isn't really any good Light monsters, unless you build an all Light-Deck with Neo and Hoshiningen. With the release of Magic Ruler, there is going to be more powerups, the best one in the set is Demon Axe (Increase a mosnters attk points by 1000). So you might just wait a few more weeks and get that instead.

Rating: This card is not really effective right now, but if your going to a light deck, go ahead and use it. Other than that, it's really useless in other decks. So I would give it a 2/5.

Conclusion: Use it only in a Light Deck.

Wednesday - Elf's Light

Today we're looking at Elf's Light.  This card is
basically the invigoration for light monsters.  It
gives them a 400 ATK increase and a 200 DEF decrease.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of equip magic cards
unless they can increase your attack by at least 1000
or more.  A 400 ATK increase simply isn't worth it.
Instead why dont you go with demon's axe which will
come out in Magic ruler.  That card can increase
attack by 1000 and can be equipped to any monster, not
just light types.

I give it a 2/5.  If you're itching for an equip card,
wait for demon's axe in magic ruler.  Later on, we'll
get power of magicians which increases a monster's
attack by 500 for each m/t in your m/t zone.  That's
the best equip in my opinion.  It'll blow other equip
magics out of the water.

Tourney week is half over ;.;  Today's card is Elf's Light.

Card Text:
Equipment Magic
A LIGHT monster equipped with this card increases its ATK by 400 points and decreases its DEF by 200 points.
Analysis:
This one is easy.  Just use Stim Pack until Magic Ruler comes out.  Once Magic Ruler comes out, use Demon Axe.  This card came out about one set too late, otherwise it would be useful in anti-Dark decks.

Score:
Elf's Light gets a 1.8 because it can do stuff, and it's semi-valuable (it's a Normal Rare, I believe).  If it came one set earlier, it would get a 2.5-3.

(Sorry for the quick review, but not much needs to be said about this card!)
TripleX Hi I'm |XD|TripleX ranked #1 on the pojoyugioh ladder. This is my first CoTD, I would like to thank NickWhiz1 for putting a word in for me.
Wednesday:
TP1-006 Elf’s Light
Type: Equip Magic
A LIGHT monster equipped with this card increases its ATK by 400 points and decreases its DEF by 200 points.
*Pros
-can boost Neo The Magic Swordsmans attack to 2100 o_0
-if gotten at the right time it can do some damage

*Cons
-Waste of space
-there are other magics you can play instead

Actually I would think no one will play this card in their deck unless there probably noobs at the game. There are so many magic cards out that this card won't even last a turn on the field. I would play reinforcements instead of this card. Its just a waste of deck space and time of getting those valuable cards needed to win. This is just a very bad card to even put in your deck. The only time I would use this card would be when you flip a magic jammer and my Elf's Light would be my discarded card. Anyway don't play this card in your deck. Sorry I didn't have much to say about this card its just a bad card to say anything about. Till next time Take it easy guys and gals. o_0
