Attack and Receive

Another burn card. I don't really like this one though as I personally prefer Just Desserts over it. Usually if you play Burn, you have ways to stop your opponent from attacking like Gravity Bind or Messenger of Peace. Unless your opponent can get rid of those stall cards, usually they'll just Summon more and more Monsters on the field. You can easily do 1500-2000 damage with each Just Desserts. With the release of Scapegoat, Just Desserts just got a lot better. Yea, so what I'm saying is just play Just Desserts over this.

Rating: 2.7/5
wartortle32 When damage is done to your LP you do 700 damage + 300 times the amount of Attack and Receives in your grave. So the max damage you can do is 1300.

A nice addition to burn decks. This allows you to pay back a little damage to the opponent whenever you get hit. The nice part is that it is not required that the opponent damage you. So you could play something like Tremendous Fire and still activate this card. And with a maximum damage of 1300 for 1 card, that's not too bad, although you will have to get all 3 A & A to reach that level. However, note that you cannot activate this card when you pay a cost of LP. That means you cant use this if you attack with Dark Elf or use Delinquent Duo.

In a burn deck, I would give this a 3/5. If you want to use this card, you have to play more than 1 copy as 700 for 1 card wouldn't be all that great.
NickWhiz1 Tuesday - Attack and Receive

Continuing the overlooked card week, we get this guy, who I believe has a Japanese name similar to "Unbalanced Battle". Anyways...

Basically, if you activate one of these on your own, you deal 700 damage. Big whoopie. If you activate one when one is in your graveyard, you deal 1000 damage. That's not horrible =/ If you activate when the other two are in the graveyard, that's 1300 damage. I suppose that's not bad =/

Ehhhhh, I don't get the point to this card. There are so many better direct damage cards, not to mention Numinous Healer is better and can combo with Fire Princess. I suppose you COULD Painful Choice/Card Destruction two of them into the Graveyard, then activate one to deal a quick 1300, but that would take up at least three spots in your deck where you could put something more useful.

Score: 2.0 (it's not bad, it's just not worth the 3 spots it requires)
SomeGuy Tuesday - Attack and Receive

You can activate this card when you take damage to your Life Points. Inflict 700 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. In addition, inflict 300 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points per card if there are additional "Attack and Receive" cards in your Graveyard.

What a terrible card... It does absolutely nothing to help you out in the current situation. Obviously you are getting your head pounded in by your opponent's Monsters. A measly 700-1300 damage to your opponent's Life Points is rarely ever going to win you the game. And the chances that you are losing, or have lost, are much greater. No thanks, I'll stick to my single Magic Cylinder.

In short, keep this card far away from your decks. Including Burn decks, it isn't worth setting on the Field for.

SandTrap Well, time for the second CotD by me, SandTrap. Let's take a look at:

Attack and Receive
Trap Card
PSV-054
63689843

You can activate this card when you take damage to your Life Points. Inflict 700 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. In addition, inflict 300 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points per card if there are additional "Attack and Receive" in your graveyard.

So basically, if you run 3, you can do 700, then 1000, then 1300 LPs of Direct Damage.

First of all, it's a Trap card, and Jinzo pwns it. Plus, I rather use different cards for a Direct Damage deck, like Ceasefire. By the time the duel is over, you may not have reached your 3rd or 2nd Attack and Receive, making the whole point of using 3 of these cards useless. Plus plus, m/t removal can quickly deal with this. Plus plus plus, it depends on your opponent attacking you. Try that against Exodia or a stall deck ;P. Plus plus plus plus, Kycoo will love to remove a Attack and Receive, making 3 of these even more useless.

Rating: 2/10, even lower than Toll. I just rather use better DD cards than these.
