Monday

Tiras, Keeper of Genesis, sister to Adreus,, Keeper of Armageddon, the card I purposely left out of last week.  Like Adreus, Tiras is a Rank 5 XYZ Monster, who is XYZ Summoned with two Level 5 Monsters.  She also has 2600 attack and 1700 defense, but is of the Light attribute, as opposed to Dark.  Now Adreus, as I'm sure everyone is aware, lets you discard an XYZ Material Monster to destroy a face-up card your opponent controls.  Now Tiras, is not destroyed by card effects, and at the end of a Battle Phase where attacking, or having been attacked, you target one card your opponent controls, and destroy it.  The big downfall to Tiras is that during your End Phase you MUST discard an XYZ Material Monster.  The effect(s) of Tiras cannot be activated when she has no XYZ Material Monsters, so you're only going to have this work for two turns.  It's still a solid card, one I'm sure that has found its way into plenty of your Extra Decks.

We start this week with Tiras, Keeper of Genesis. A Rank 5 Xyz that is one of the best of the first generation Xyz. Tiras’ artwork is one of the best I have seen in a while. At 2600 attack Tiras is getting over a lot of powerful monsters in the game right now. Its effect protects from any destruction due to card effects and whenever it battles it destroys a card. Not even Stardust Dragon can deal with Tiras. The balance on this card is that at the end phase you must detach a material from this card.

Advanced: 4.5
