Nothing gets me amped up more than a 1900 ATK monster with a good effect. Valkyrian Knight can stand on it's own with it's 1900 ATK and your opponent cannot target other Warrior-type monsters for attacks, they gotta get through this guy first. When Valkyrian is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, you can banish one other Warrior-type monster and this card from your graveyard to target one level 5 or higher Warrior-type monster in your graveyard and special summon that monster. One of the best monsters you can special summon would be Colossal Fighter. Also teaming this card with other Warriors such as Marauding Captain and Command Knight could cause a headache or two. Even teching it in a Six Samurai deck could be useful for getting out Grandmaster, Great Shogun and Legendary Shi'En. The minor downside is that Valkyrian Knight takes some little setting up to do to get the full potential, but with the 1900 ATK, it can hold its own for a while, or just sit in the grave until you need it.

Valkyrian Knight
Fire/Warrior/Effect/Level4/1900/1200
Your opponent cannot target face-up Warrior-Type monsters for attacks, except "Valkyrian Knight". When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can banish 1 Warrior-Type monster and this card from your Graveyard to target 1 Level 5 or higher Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

Next we have Valkyrian Knight, who already gets to a good start by having 1900 ATK for a level 4 monster so he is already a decent beatstick. Also he has an effect to protect his fellow warriors and his effect benefits from him being destroyed. So far so good, but is his effect any good?

Well, you can banish this card and 1 other warrior monster to special summon a level 5 or higher Warrior from your grave. A good effect but a bit costly and not really that useful in warrior decks. Most warrior decks tend to largely ignore high level monsters since they focus on low level, high ATK monsters and they tend to use either Xyz monsters (so level effects have no meaning) or Colossal Fighter who has a built in reborn ability.

Overall a nice idea, maybe good as another warrior beatstick but his man effect doesn’t really offer much for warrior decks.
