Dark Paladin's Yu-Gi-Oh! Dimension
Constructing the Sky Scourge Norleras Deck
07.03.07

Hello again to Pojo and Yugioh fans one and all! Happy 4th of July to everyone, and I'm fully aware that's tomorrow, but I can still wish you a happy holiday today! Today I've decided to build a Deck around Sky Scourge Norleras.

Obviously, the function here is to get Norleras out as quickly as possible, whether to use temporarily as a 2400 attack monster, or to destroy all cards on the Field and in both players' Hands for the cost of 1000 Lifepoints.

Monsters x21

3x Sky Scourge Norleras
2x Sky Scourge Invicil
3x Shining Angel
3x Skelengel
3x Giant Germ
2x Mask of Darkness
3x Snipe Hunter
1 Sangan
1 Morphing Jar

One thing this Deck needs is speed. It can be difficult to get all the necessary monsters needed to summon Norleras, so I added to Sky Scourge Invicil as a back-up, as it is slightly easier to summon. The Skelengels and Morphing Jar add more Draw Power and help add some much needed speed to the Deck.

Spells x9
2x Dimension Fusion
1 Lightning Vortex
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Premature Burial
1 Nobleman of Crossout
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Heavy Storm
1 Card Destruction

The Magic card line up is pretty straight forward. Lighting Vortex, MST, Nobleman, and Heavy Storm are all destruction cards. You have some revival with Premature, and a little stall with Swords. Dimension Fusion is included x2 because it wouldn't hurt to swarm after you have summoned a Norleras with the monsters you just removed.

Traps x10

3x Jar of Greed
2 Reckless Greed
1 Magic Cylinder
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Mirror Force
1 Ring of Destruction
1 Call of the Haunted

The Trap line up is also very handy. 3x Jar of Greed for a little more speed, as is Reckless Greed. Cylinder, Mirror Force, Ring, and Torrential Tribute are needed destruction, and Call gives you a little more revival.

That does it for today, and I hope you enjoyed it! Have fun on your
Independence Day! As always, I can be contacted with anything @
tsearcy@lssu.edu

You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

~Dark Paladin~
