Exiled Force

Ah, a pretty cool name change from Initiate Troops if you ask me... ~_^

Anyway, this card is what I call a free Tribute to the Doomed. If you Normal Summon it, you won't be able to Normal Summon any more Monsters on that turn. But I think it's worth it as you can kill practically ANY Monster on the field. Is your opponent's Jinzo preventing you from using your Mirror Force? Just X-Force it. Is that Kycoo annoying your Skull Lair and Bazoo? Just X-Force it. Is that Maha Vailo with 5 Equips killing you? Just X-Force it. But another cool thing is, the moment it's in your Graveyard, all of your Monster Recursion cards like Monster Reborn, Premature Burial, and Call of The Haunted effectively doubles as Monster Removals. Yet another awesome thing about it is that it's a Monster. That means that you can still use the effect if an Imperial Order is out. It's also searchable by both Witch of the Black Forest and Sangan. Heck, you could also use Giant Rat to get it out.

I have also learned from someone playing the Japanese OCG that if you Normal Summon it and your opponent plays Trap Hole, you can still Tribute it and use the effect. That makes it a whole lot better, especially if Trap Hole is still popular in your area. A good play would be to Summon it in Main Phase 1, attack your opponent's Goblin Attack Force or Spear Dragon that are in Defense Mode and Tribute it in Main Phase 2 to get rid of another Monster.

Fear the X.

NickWhiz1 Thursday - Exiled Force

Warrior week is almost over ;.; Today's card is one that you should pay attention to, because you're going to be seeing it.

Exiled Force
Earth/Warrior/Effect/4/1000/1000
Offer face-up this card on your side of the field as a Tribute to destroy 1 monster on the field. If this card is used for a Tribute Summon or this card is offered as a Tribute due to other cards' effects, this card's effect is not activated.

This guy is everything Man-Eater Bug wanted to be. Better stats, not dependant on a flip effect, can be used multiple times (with recursion), and is brokenly combo'd with at least two-three different cards.

Now, what are those broken-like combos?

1. Exiled Force + Freed the Matchless General

This is pretty simple. Search for EF with Freed's effect, then drop it on the field and blow up an opposing monster for a clearer path.

2. Exiled Force + Marauding Captain

Oh geez, this one is quite broken. Summon out MC, summon EF with the effect, and go BOOM! You think that both of these cards are going to be restricted or something? =/

2 1/2. Exiled Force + Reinforcement of the Army

I write 2 1/2 because this will be used most often in combination with Marauding Captain, although it can stand alone in a desperate situation.

3. Exiled Force + any recursion

Bring him back from the graveyard to go boom again! If you really wanted to, the stereotypical player could get at least 3-4 KOs with this guy. That's pretty goood.

Be warned, this card WILL be used. It's only a Super Rare, so it shouldn't be too hard to get hold of. Only get 1, though, because that's all you'll get to play come restriction time...

Score: 4.0
