ExMinion OfDarkness
Reinforcement of the Army

I've been seeing less and less of this card played recently, but it's still powerful enough to warrant 2/deck maximum.

Essentially, 2 of this card lets a deck running 1 of a key Warrior run 3 of it. You call up what you need, when you need it. But why has it fallen out of favor?

*2 Nobleman of Crossout (yay Konami!) instead of 1 reduces the need for multiples of Mystic Swordsman Lv. 2

*The restriction of D. D. Assailant gives Warrior decks two less cards to work with

*Treeborn Frog makes it that much easier to run Monarch decks, which many people are doing instead of their old Warrior builds

There are many other things that have slightly knocked down the power of Warriors bit by bit, but add them all up and you just don't see them getting play in an SJC Top 8 anymore.

5/5 for the Warrior build, and 3.5/5 for the deck teching one to search out a needed Warrior (again, 4.25 average)

Reinforcments of the Army is our hump day card this week. Well, what am I supposed to tell you about RotA that you don't all ready know.
Obviously a staple in the Warrior deck and you can probably get away with using one if you only run 4 or 5 of them. It's good, and you don't need me to tell you that.

Ratings:

3.9/5 all around

Art: 2/5 WAY TOO MANY Maruading Captain Warrior Pics

You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

Reinforcement of the Army:
This'll be quick.

Tutors make decks work. Look at almost any card game and decks that have powerful tutors are inheriently more powerful than those that don't because they have consitency.

This is exactly what Reinforcement gives Warriors, making them one of the strongest decks. You find the card you need, when you need it. What more could you ask for, without being broken?

Traditional: 5/5
Advanced: 5/5

Share and enjoy,
Ryoga

Reinforcement of the Army
Group: Spell Card
Type: Spell
Add 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck.

Ah, Reinforcement of the Army =D.

Reinforcement of the Army (Henceforth known as "RoTA".) is undoubtedly one of the best tutors in the game, allowing you to get ANY Level 4 or lower Warrior monster from your deck. Amazing, literally.

Reinforcement of the Army was the linchpin for last formats "Toolbox" deck, consisting of 2 RoTA, 2/3 DD Assailants, Don Zaloog, DD Warrior Lady, Blade Knight, Zombyra, Exiled Force and more. Literally allowing you to respond to any of your opponents plays with a simple activation of this Spell card! Even Greenkappa acted as Spell and Trap removal!

How good is it now? Alot of players aren't sure. Don Zaloog isn't as viable as it once was because of the recent rise of Dark World, and D.D. Assailant is restricted now. Are there other options? Sure lets list them out!

Big Shield Gardna
Cliff the Trap Remover
Dark Scorpion - Meanae The Thorn
Disciple of the Forbidden Spell
Dream Clown
White Ninja

On top of the already known targets, such as Exiled Force, DD Assailant, DD Warrior Lady, DD Warrior, Zombyra the Dark, and many others.

So of course the card is still good, and the format looks to be a very aggressive one, so perhaps a new era of Toolbox is upon us? We'll have to see =].

Advanced: 4/5.

Reinforcements of the Army :

The reason Warriors are so good, and generally evidence of themed supports greatness.

RotA is singularly one of the best Themed support ever printed , adding speed to the already nimble warrior deck, allowing for the searching of powerful removers like DDWL or Exiled force, or hand disrupters like Don Zaloog. In essence, whenever you need an effect, get it with this.

There’s not much for me to say on this card. If you run a warrior deck, run this. If you run an E hero deck, run this, in conjunction with the card coming soon which does this effect exactly , just for
e heroes. E heroes now have 5 reinforcements of the army now, which will only add to their power.

Traditional : (warrior) 5/5
Advanced (warrior) 5/5

Art ; 4/5 - Charge !!!
MPS : 4/5
