Oiling up a Machine Deck

Well readers, I was recently reading emails from my Deck Garage email address, and I noticed something odd. About 40% of the decks I looked through (About 130), were all machine decks! I think its obvious that this is because of the Reprint sets like Db1, Db2, and Dr1, are all making would be expensive cards such as Mechanical Chaser, common! So today, I will fix a Machine Deck. From reader Eliot...

Hi, My name is Eliot McDonald. I've been playing yugioh for a couple of years now. My favorite deck to use is the machine deck due to the fact that it can deal 20,000+ damage in a single turn from attacking. With this deck, I typically will wait to do a big move, just because I don't want to use limiter and get screwed by a wabaku, scapegoat, book of moon etc. I usually do small attacking to get them to use their m/ts, then when its all set, wammmmm. 40,000 direct

Monsters-18
jinzo
blowback
ancient gear golem
fusilier
2-cannan soldier
ancient gear soldier
3-magician of faith
bls
2-mech. chasers(my fav.)(I only have tp3's though)(not that it affects gameplay)
cyber jar
breaker
reflect
exiled
spirit reaper

magics-16
pot
grace
snatch
2-nobleman
premature
scapegoat
3-brain control(for now, until restricted)
mst
heavy storm
smashing ground
3-limiter removal

if u can, could u rate and fix this deck?

This is gonna be fun! Lets get started on the monsters...

We are gonna want to run just 1 tribute, obviously Jinzo, because this is a beatdown deck! We are gonna also want all the usual Mechanical baddies...

Monsters x18

Jinzo
Cannon Soldier x2
Mechanical Chaser x3
X - Head Cannon x2
Spirit Reaper x2
Breaker The Magical Warrior
Tribe Infecting Virus
Sinister Serpent
Sangan
Fusilier The Dual Mode Beast x2
D.D. Warrior Lady
Cyber Jar
That looks nice, IMO...Now the magics are going to be the easiest part...

Magics x17

Pot Of Greed
Graceful Charity
Delinquent Duo
Swords Of Revealing Light
Metamorphosis
Book Of Moon x2
Enemy Controller
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Limiter Removal x3
Nobleman Of Crossout x2
Snatch Steal
Premature Burial
That looks great for the deck, nice removal in Nobleman Of Crossout, and in case of those pesky scapegoats, we have a long Enemy Controller. The combos with book of moon are the same old ones, keep your limiter'd monster etc. etc...

Traps looks like this, we have 5...

Traps x5

Royal Decree
Mirror Force
Ring Of Destruction
Torrential Tribute
Call Of The Haunted

Royal decree is here for the added negation, and the rest are the usuals!

The deck has so-so openings. You are gonna want to stall a bit so you can pick up the combo pieces, and if executed right, nothing will stop you. Once a fiber flips when you have a 4+ card hands, you basically win, unless you pick up total crap, LOL.

Well Eliot, there you have it. This is, IMO, a MUCH better machine deck, and the cards are a lot easier to get now because of reprints. I hope you like the fix, I have got to run now, see ya readers!
