Kamiya Minoru, The Doctor

Description:  Member of Sensui's Seven, Kamiya is a human who gained special abilities as the door to Makai opened. By using the power of his territory, which is 100 meters in diameter for whatever hospital he is in, he can create bugs that inject a fatal virus into humans. Further, Kamiya can use his fingers like a scalpel, reattach lost body parts, and has even lost all sense of pain.
 

Karasu

Description: Member of Team Toguro, Karasu serves the Toguro Brothers. Though loyal to his circumstances, Karasu fights to gain more strength in hopes of one day challenges the Toguros once more. He is a master of bombs and even has the ability to transfer his spirit energy into his opponent by touching them, igniting the energy from within.
 

Kazemaru

Description: Kazemaru is a ninja who competes in Genkai's Tournament with the hope of winning her apprenticeship. He can control his reiki, creating palm attacks and even manipulating throwing stars to track his opponents ki. He is defeated by Yusuke in the semi-finals.
 

Kazuma Kuwabara

Description: Next to Yusuke, Kuwabara is the strongest thug at Sarayashiki Junoir High. However, unlike Yusuke, he possesses incredible spiritual awareness and a strong code of honor. Further, he has a strong affliction for kittens, which leads him into trouble at times. Before the death of Yusuke, Kuwabara challenged him to fights daily, and got pummeled each time. After Yusuke becomes spirit detective, Kuwabara seemingly ends up having to join Yusuke in completing the cases all by chance. Though the weakest of the main heroes, the fights Kuwabara sometimes throws upon himself drastically increase his strength, making him one of the strongest fighters in the human and demon worlds.
 

Kazuya

Description: One of Sensui Shinobu's seven personalities, Kazuya is insane and takes pleasure in causing others pain. During his battle with Yusuke, Kazuya grew more and more impatient with Yusuke staying alive, and as a result grew stronger as well. He also has the most influence over Sensui compared to the six others.
 

Keiko Yukimura

Description: Keiko is Yusuke's closest, and until the time of his death, seemingly only friend. They have known each other since kindergarten and she is the one Yusuke cares most about in the world. Though just a small girl, she packs a serious punch that she uses to smack Yusuke around when he is rude or offensive. Keiko is also a prize student, athletic, intelligent, out-going, and very popular; which poses the question of why she likes Yusuke so much.

Description: Slightly short-tempered, but very understanding, Keiko's father doesn't hold much of a role in the series. He owns a restaurant, of which the family lives on the second floor, and supports Yusuke and Keiko's relationship; even giving his blessing on them getting married one day.

Description: Loyal to her friendship with Keiko, friend A along with B are always attempting to avoid Yusuke in school and screams in fear whenever they encounter him or Kuwabara.

Kibano

Description: Fighter in Genkai's tournament, Kibano wore a helmet that blocked out sensory perception, allowing him to focus on the movements of his opponent's better. In the first round of the tournament Kibano fought against Yusuke. However, with some luck and quick thinking, Yusuke was able to destroy Kibano helmet and eventually defeat him.
 

King Enma (Yama)

Description: Ruler of the Spirit World, King Enma is very strict and short-tempered. He punishes his son Koenma constantly for his incompetence in doing what Enma should have been doing himself. In the Sensui saga, Enma plays a much larger role as he discovers Yusuke's true origins and orders Yusuke's assassination. At the end of the manga, Koenma discovers that Enma was actually corrupt, allowing demons into the human world in order to stimulate conflict and give his position meaning. Koenma de-thrones his father and takes over Spirit World.
 

Kirenjya

Description: Member of Team Gorenjya, Kirenjya fought against Bui in the Dark Tournament semi-finals. He thought he had the upper-hand when Bui produced a giant axe as his weapon, since the axe's weight was so massive Bui would have a hard time swinging it around. To Kirenjya's dismay however, Bui's strength was so intense that he swung the axe as if it were light as a feather and sliced Kirenjya in half.
 

Kiri

Description: A loyal servant of Mukuro's, Kiri isn't seem much in the series, but it is obvious from his appearance that he's someone you don't want to agitate.
 

Kirishima

Description: A member of Kuwabara's gang, Kirishima doesn't hold much of a role in the series, but is always very impressed by Kuwabara's actions, and greatly respects his friend.
 

Koashura

Description: A former classmate of Koenma in Spirit World kindergarten, Koashura became bitter and jealous of Koenma after Koenma rudely, and in a rather mean fashion, interrupted Koashura from declaring his love for a girl by jumping on top of Koashura and presenting the girl flowers himself. To seek revenge, Koashura and his minion Garuga kidnapped Koenma and asked for the Golden Seal as ransom.
 

Koenma

Description: Though appearing as a toddler, Koenma, the son of Enma-Sama (King Yama), is actually over 700 years old. Koenma's responsibilities include stamping paperwork regarding which individuals will go to heaven or hell, and assigning Yusuke his assignments. Koenma is also capable of shape shifting into a teenage version of himself when he feels his present stature is inadequate for whatever current situation he is in (However, even in his older form, he still has the pacifier in his mouth).
 

Koko

Description: Enki's wife, Koko was also an old friend of Raizen's, and would have much rather married him instead. She seems to love to drink and complain endlessly.
 

Komada

Description: Announcer for the Dark Tournament, Koto is extremely loyal to the rules, and loves battle and bloodshed. Later in the series, she is appointed the announcer for the Makai Tournament (Demon Tournament) held by Yusuke in Makai. She has amazing acrobatic skills and a charming personality.
 

Kurama

Alias: Yoko, Shuichi Minamano
Description: A 1000 year old demon, Kurama is a fox who specialized in stealing and unlocking secrets. However, he was forced to hide within a human woman after nearly dying at the hands of a powerful demon. After living as a human for years and discovering the love of a mother, Kurama decided to continue deceiving his mother into thinking that he is the child she bore. He is a brilliant fighter, possessing both strength and wisdom; but is also merciless.
 

Kuro Momotaro

Description: Member of Team Uraotogi, Kuro can memorize any type of attack used on him, which he them adapts his body to compensate for through the use of Steaming Spheres (small orbs). When facing Hiei, Kuro goes through three transformations in order to memorize all of Hiei's strongest abilities. However, Kuro underestimates the three eyed demon.

Description: Competitor in Genkai's Tournament, Kuroda is an assassin who has mastered the use of knives. In the first round of the tournament, he found against Kazemaru. He put up a good fight, but ultimately loses.

Description: Sotou's husband, Kuroko is a writer who loves his family dearly. He is also very melancholy, but inviting to guests of his home.
 

Kuronue

Description: A former comrade of Yoko Kurama, Kuronue died while he and Yoko were raiding a castle due to his greed for a specific item. When trying to run away, he was caught in a trap. Yoko attempted to save him, but Kuronue nobly told his friend to run and save himself. Kurama did this, and as a result, regretted his actions ever since.
