In the spirit of Magic trivia, you might note that this is a “fixed” (if you want to use the term) version of Chaos Warp, in that it can’t target enchantments. It does, however, keep the unreliable application as removal because of the amusing possibility of giving an opponent something even crazier. And it can do one thing its famous ancestor can’t: the nature of the discover keyword seems to suggest a combo deck, similar to Polymorph or Transmogrify. Its restriction makes it a lot harder to pull off, but Magic players are nothing if not persistent, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see this card show up in both obvious and non-obvious places.

Zoyowa’s Justice is an interesting sort of spell, one part removal and one part combo piece. Replacing one artifact with another spell can be a pretty interesting approach, either swapping out something you want to improve. Keep in mind, though , that this is a bit of a gamble insofar as they can hit the spell that they shuffle away, so you might just spend two mana to reset an artifact.
A spell like this is an interesting proposition, and I think it might have a home in a combo deck that can take advantage of how this ability is worded. It’s a very red spell that can sometimes fail to do what it attempts to do, but it also can pay off impressively. Still, this feels a bit too underwhelming outside of a particular combo deck, but I’m not even sure that this’ll do that much in that deck.
