So let’s finally get round to reviewing Genesis because it’s probably the last we’ll ever see of a good Genesis deck outside of Wiseman Loop. Eir here is a pain to set up in my mind, requiring 4 cards of different Grades to absorb, which is annoying when absorbing cards from the drop was already Regalia’s thing to start with, causing your targets to vanish. Best I can say is that Urth got less annoying and at least you could run this alongside the easier to proc Iris. And it is at least generic enough that other Genesis decks can use her to better effect.

A 1-of, she’s a bit too hard to use at more.

What’s up, Rogue Squad?!  For this week, I guess we’re going back to reviewing a clan at a time (or in this case, an archetype), and for this week, it’s going to be Regalia Week.  For today’s card, it’s going to be the grown up version of the Regalia’s Heal Trigger and newest G Guardian, Eir.  The thing with Eir is that she can feed more soul to your Vanguard but only a small and kind of strict amount in different grades.  If you feed 2 or more, then this G Guardian is a 20k shield, but if you’re able to put in four different grades into the Soul, then this becomes a 30k shield, which is pretty good in itself, however, it’s just the problem of having four different grades in the drop zone to get that extra thick shield.  Yes, there are a lot of good G2 targets as they activate when they get spat out of the Soul and the Regalia’s older Stand Trigger is a solid target also, it’s still kinda tricky to get a 0-3 into the drop in the first place unless it’s during a Minerva turn (she will be reviewed later this week), so you only need 1-2 of this.
