So Duos…I can’t help but notice that you don’t have a new Grade 3 to combine any of your Strides with. Pity, because as far as high notes go, this is high only in the sense it’s smoking something uber strong, because it’s…lackluster. First Stride, it’s only good to proc a bounce-able target for drawing, and any advantage gained from that is just advantage you’d gain from initiating a bounce elsewhere and you’d gain nothing unusually good doing so, second Stride, I’m fairly sure you can do a bit better as far as finishers go. Multi-attacking over centralised please. You don’t even carry a Glory skill.

And now Standard Format means you’ll never be fixed. What a tone-deaf note to go out on.

What’s up, Rogue Squad?!  For today’s card, I honestly can’t help but feel kinda…sorry for Duos.  The main reason being was that at one time, Duos were one of the most dominant name-based archetypes in the game, but nowadays, they’re a mediocre deck at best with a defensive drawing engine with little to no killshots to call themselves unique.  Meer is no exception.  The best that’ll go for her is that late-game, it’ll be 36k, Crit 3…which just equals her being introduced to a Perfect Guard…seriously, they could’ve at least given Meer a Glory-skill or some kind of guard restriction, but instead, they just swing for a decent number and pray for no PGs…and the sad thing is that this dramatization that I described is their best case scenario…yeah, Duos end the G Era with a really bad note.
