Actually sort of its own build if Magatsu Storm doesn’t do it for you. The -1 to the opponent’s hand is super annoying but somewhat manageable for some. The second skill is the main draw here: Kokushigarasu is the source of much hand and field destroying shenanigans, even if your other Grade 3 is a shitty ride, but at 4 copies more than 50% of the time (about 63% I think if memory serves me) fuck yes that combo is worth building a deck around.

Does little on its own but still a viable build.
