Sad that it has to be a face-up Pacifica, so no free countercharging for you. 

So anyway, Caro and this are basically the main engine to fetch Pacifica and make her somewhat more viable. Or so you’d think, anyway, because truthfully there’s no way to place Pacifica in the damage zone and harder still to put on in the Drop Zone early. So the card basically exists to fetch Pacifica for a late push should something have gone wrong and you lost Pacifica somehow to retire abilities or you had to dump some Pacificas for a Perfect Guard or something.  This basically makes Avanne a 2-of at best, as some sort of insurance policy against such situations, because compared to Caro who fetches from the deck quickly, this is completely the opposite: Late Game when there were more chances to score Pacifica to damage.

I guess she doesn’t actually cost anything and on a good day she’s a +1, but still not a reliable one to run at a lot of copies. An insurance card but not much more.
