This is quite honestly what the original Blademaster should have done right at the start – give us the Vision Token regardless of what your board looks like, treat the board wipe as a nice bonus on top, and don’t tie us down to a bloody G3 in soul restriction. Unfortunately only Dragon Dancer Faja actually can work to grab a Doha or Garan and that’s really not reliable enough in my view, but it’s nice that you can at least drop some problem cards for something better no matter the time.

Much better than its incarnation, to a point where the original is simply not worth running anymore, not even as a backup. Not as good as Overlord in the long run aside from bombing a board when you can, and even that is setup reliant, but Blademaster just became a much more viable alternative.
