Hi Pojo,

My daughter has gotten interested in the Japanese Neo series of cards
now that she has collected all of the American sets issued so far.
Unfortunately, neither of us read Japanese.  Luckily, the pokemon cards
are numbered, and one can deduce the energy cards, but the trainer cards
are more difficult (if not impossible).

Is there a web site, or book/magazine that has the photos of the Neo
trainers with an English name?

Your magazine is great, and she enjoys having a subscription to it.

There is a spoiler list here on Pojo.com.  It does not have pictures, but it does have descriptions of the pictures of the trainers so that they may be more easily identified.  Hope this helps!
