In Pojo's Gym Heroes Spoiler (English) why isn't
Koga's and Giovanni's Pokémon in the spoiler, (or part of the set)?

Wizards decided to not print any Pokemon with these names now. We
suspect they will print them in Gym Challenge along with Pokemon from other of
the trainers as well.
