I bought the Pokemon TCG on gameboy and it came with a level 13 Meowth,
but in the game(the cartridge) the Meowth is level 14.  Is this a common
misprint?  Thanks for your time!

The Meowth Promo Card is different from the Meowth in the game.  The Meowth in the game is from the Jungle expansion, while the Meowth Promo is a special card not obtainable in a pack.
