     My questions is about Evil Vileplume (rockets) and the stadium cards
(gym 1 , 2  , and neo) Can you use a stadium card if you have an Evil
Vileplume in play ? Also if you already have a stadium card in play before
Evil Vileplume , does the stadium card stop working while Evil Vileplume is
in play ?

Stadium Cards are trainers in your hand, and are played as Trainers.  Since Vileplume does not allow trainers, then you can not play a Stadium card.  Alternately, though, if it is already on the board, then it's effect will still continue.
