Is this where I submit my Pokemon Trading Card Game Rule Questions? If it
isn't, where do I submit them? If it is, then here's my question:

If Mr. Mime is confused and gets tails when it attacks, does it knock itself
out or is it protected by Invisible Wall?

This is almost a good question, except for one thing.  If you read Mr. Mime's Pokemon Power, it reads "...unless this Pokemon is Paralyzed, Asleep, or Confused." 

It's Confused, so it does not work.
