Ok, I hope i am sending this to the right place. Here's the question. Say I have a Ditto active and my opponent has a Blastoise active, can I use Blastoise's POke' Power "Rain Dance"? My friend says no, but I think so, so what is it?

You sure can, but you can only dance Water energy onto Ditto since the energies have to be attached to Ditto before they can become "Any kind"
