Hey, Pojo, I wanted to ask you a question. I noticed that Darkness Energy  adds 10 additional damage to a Dark or Darkness type Pokemon. As we all know, the border around the art for Dark Pokemon is dark grey. When looking at a Rocket's Zapdos, I noticed that the R's cards have the same grey bordering. Is their any possible way Darkness Energy works with R's Pokemon? Thanx for reading, and if you can, please reply!

Darkness energy works without taking damage for Dark-type pokemon, or any pokemon with the word "Dark" in their name (from the Team Rocket expansion).  That's it.  Your Zapdos is a Rocket's Zapdos, and it DOES take damage.
