Prof. Elm's Training Method
This is basically The Boss's Way for every evolution. The downside
is that it is a supporter. Now, The Boss's Way was great if you
ran either lots of Dark Evos or just Dark Evos. Pokemon Trader
seems to be a better choice as you can trade off that extra
Cleffa for ANY Pokemon, including Basics.
In Unlimited, not necessary. We have enough draw power to get
anything we want. ~_^
In Modified, I feel that Pokemon Trader is superior. Maybe you
could use it if you run a low number of Basics...
In Draft, this is where it trully shines! Even if you only have a
2-1-1 line, you can get the Stage 2 out as long as you draft
enough of these babies. 1st pick!

Professor Elms Training Method
Ooooooo... Brian like! If nothing else, this card wins for the all
time best artwork! Oh man. So cool. The card itself is overall the
best supporter in the set. Really, its an evolutionary light. VERY
nice!
Unlimited: Of course, it wont be as good here, but with cards like
this evolutions might be worth playing now. Very nice. 3/5
MMF: Here it is! This is awesome. Trust me, if ur deck dont have
evolutions in it, you’ll loose. If it does, this gets em out REAL
fast. VERY good. It misses getting a five because it is a
supporter. 4.75/5
Limited: Good here because if nothing else you can take it to use
in your decks, but also, the way draft is is that if you can get
out even a medium evolution before your opponet, it almost doubles
you chance of winning. so, it is good here. 3.5/5

"Hahaha" was the first words that came out of my mouth when i
first saw this card. Boy Prof. Elm sure got himself into trouble
LOL. Then my little eye balls moved down and starting reading the
text. "WOW" was the next thing that came out of my mouth. I mean
you get to look through your deck for any evolution card, no
drawbacks(besides the supporter rule). Very effective if this is
your only supporter card though.
Unlimited-Has potential, even with all them haymakers out there.
With this card, speed is not much of a problem with decks that
have evolution cards.
3.5/5
MMF-If your playing a heavy evolution deck in here, you NEED this.
You must have this. MMF is about evolution, so take this like you
would take free money.(To all you Slowkingers out there, you'll be
VERY happy with this card
if you alrdy didnt put this card in.) 4.5/5
Draft-If you get this in a pack, you'll one lucky person. People
buy booster boxes and get one or two of these
*cough*poke`master1110*cough* This will really help you get
evolution cards out. You will no longer be stuck with weak basics
from a pack once you get this to work. Its just plain
out amazing what this card can do. 4/5 |

Wednesday - Professor Elm's Training Method
Search for any evolution? Not a bad card... not at all. Pokemon
Trader could very well be replaced by it... or not. I think it's
great in a deck that uses The Boss' Way, because it actually DOES
replace that. But the whole supporter thing makes it a bit worse.
It's not a card to use in replacement of trader, simply because
trader is great for getting elekid (when your facing a squirtle)
or tyrogue (when facing a cleffa).
I think it will get a little use in some formats. In unlimited,
I'll
give it a 2/5 simply because there are better search engines. How
many people even use Pokemon Trader in unlimited? Not too many.
In MMF, I give it a 3.5/5. It's a better card, but not quite good
enough for all decks. Only good in a high evolution count... maybe
the new Vileplume?
In limited, it's not bad at all. Definitely good for search
potential.
5/5.

I love the artwork to this card!
Being a supporter is definitely a downside 'cause you can only
play one per turn. This isn't a very good one at that. Others can
allow you to get a new hand or draw a few more cards. Why would
you waist your one supporter with this? OK, well it's not THAT
terrible. The only problem is that there are better supporters
around than this. If this wasn't a supporter, then it might be
worth playing. It's good when you can't find that Dark gater that
could win you the game, but you could find it by using Professor
Elm or Copycat, which should be in your deck anyway.
In Unlimited, it's just not worth using. Most supporters aren't
when you have Cpu search, Oak, and Itemfinder.
In Limited, simply DRAFT IT! Most trainers are worth drafting.
Especially drawing cards. If you can get your evos out easier than
your opponent, you'll win.
Unlimited 2/5
Standard 2.5/5
Modified 3/5
Limited 4.5/5

This is one of my favorite trainer
cards. It's like Boss's Way for all evolutions. I know Boss's
Way wasn't a supporter, but this card isn't limited to dark
pokemon. I just love searching my deck for the evolutions I
need. This card isn't that usefull in Unlimited, but it rocks
in most other formats.
Unlimited: 2/5 (Who plays
evolutions?)
MMF: 4/5
Draft: 2.5/5 (Only good if you
get an evolution chain going)

Ok, Professor Elm's Training Method...
Unlimited: Well, I guess it is ok but... No. First of all, why use
somthing
you can only use once when you could use Computer Search, or
Pokemon Trader,
etc? 2.5/5
Modified: Yea!!! Dark Typhlosion and of course the taste to
resistance,
Magcargo. Still a few problems though. Slowking. ;x. 3/5
Draft: What are the odds of getting a Evo line in Draft? =/ 1/5 |
