Togetic (Aqua.)
In Nick15's own words, this card is "bleck."
I really don't see the point of the Power at all. If you could
switch Basic with Special, that would be awesome! But, all you can
get is Basic Energies...
Mini-Metronome is decent I guess. Too flippy for my taste though.
Overall, the card is pretty bad, starting from the low HP, Stage
1, Weakness to Lightning...
In Unlimited, I really don't see this being playable at all. If
you REALLY want to use a Togetic in Unlimited, maybe play the
Genesis version. Rating: 1.5/5
In Modified, a bit more playable I guess. But I still don't want
to rely on a Tails-Fails attack... Rating: 2/5
In Draft, Mini-Metronome could be really good if your
opponent somehow manages to get a huge Pokemon out. Plus, it's
colorless, which means it's splashable... Rating: 2.5/5

Togetic:
Err... what's the point of the power?
It seems pretty useless to me. Only in a deck with Crystal pokes
or Shinning pokes, and we know how many people play those cards
>_< Mini-metronome is good, even with the flip, just so long as
you don't use an attack that requires discarding or something.
Even with a flip, he can copy popular stuff like Kingdra and
Nidoking and Tyranitar. (Oh the new Nidoking, *drooling*) But
mabey that's the thing. The power can get back different energys
to use discarding attacks? But with only 60 hp, that'd be hard to
pull off.
Unlimited: No way you should play
him here. Well, beat up for one energy? Mabey, but prolly not.
2/5
MMF: Still not worth it. Has
possibilities, but there are so many better pokes. 2.5/5
Limited: Could be useful, but even
in draft it is lacking. 2.5/5
The Bottom Line: 2.25/5 |

Aquapolis Togetic
Another Togetic... There wasn't one that was super. Or one that
hit more than 60HP. I dontknow why they made it weaker. It was
weak enough. Now it has lightning weakness. It still kept the
fighting resistance though, not like it would matter anyways. And
1 retreat! They should have left it at 0. And the power... I
dontknow what to say about it. And the attack... Super > mini.
What a horrible Togetic.
Unlimited- Well, if you didnt see many neo gen Togetics around,
what chance does this have? Although it can survive ER horror,
buzz will take it out pretty fast. Or itll get rouged/gligared
when togepi is out. Offensive/Defensive capabilities not good
enough. 0.5/5
Modified- Heh, heh, heh.... Same problems here. Just read the top
part again. 0.5/5
Draft- Now this might come in handy. Not as good as other stuff
though. I'm so disgusted of this card... 0.75/5
Team- Only difference, you're gonna get jumped by 2 people at once
now...
0.5/5
Sorry Togepi/Togetic fans. Just saying what i think here.
(Pojo Note to DK9 ... the lowest
possible rating is 1.0. ;-)

Aquapolis Togetic
Another Colorless Pokemon. Another less-than-average one. =\
Unlimited: Weakness to Lightning and 60HP don't combine well,
especially in this format. Electabuzz OHKOs it no matter what it
flips. Add to that an attack that hits 50% of the time. An attack
that's exactly like Clefable's, but with a coinflip. Of course, if
you want to Metronome, use Clefable over this. =\ Its power...
hmm. It's pretty useless in my humble opinion. I was thinking
Lugia, but... it doesn't get you anywhere, it's still bad.
1/5
Modified: Well in Modified this is almost as bad. I'm trying to
think
of a way to at least make use of its Poke-Power. I can't find any,
except maybe with Lugia. After an elemental blast, you can get the
energies you want from the discard pile by attaching 3 useless
Basic energies. Add to that a Harvest Bounty Venusaur, and you
just _might_ have a semi-decent deck. It still won't win
consistently though. I'd still use Porygon 2 or Expedition
Clefable over this Togetic.
1.5/5
Draft: Hmm. Miracle Shift might be a useful Poke-Power here,
especially if you drafted many different types of Pokemon and
you're in an Energy drought. Mini-Metronome won't help much
though, since first of all it's a flip, and secondly, it's not
that probable that your opponent has a huge attacker as his or her
Active Pokemon. It's also a Rare. I'd steer clear of this card.

Togetic
All the togetics need more HP in my opinion. or at LEAST give them
something worth it like a free retreat. 60HP on a stage 2 is not
good by any means. however, this togetic has more combo potential
than the last, even though that doesn't say much at all. Miracle
shift is like Power Plant without the flip and in power form and
has one very useful application I've thought of. a multi color
deck with the aqua zapdos in it. it can get better: use juggler
and discard 2 lightning energies from your hand. draw 5 cards,
nice plus, or maybe draw 3, if you only wanna lose one Iightning
energy. then attach some other energy to zapdos and use miracle
shift to exchange it with the discarded energy. (helps because you
cant put Lightning energy from your hand onto the new zappy).
Mini-Metronome. *brings out other togetic and togepi cards* will
they ever just give up on this attack? personally, I don't like
it. I'm never really picky about flips, but when its the ONLY
attack, and its not too reliable like this one, I do get a bit
uneasy. I'd take base clefairy's 3 without flip over one with flip
any day, even though, the energy to attack ratio is better on
togetic. Resistance to fighting, is nice. will help with that
scary new nidoking on the loose. and weakness to lightning might
be a bad thing if my predictions about this new zapdos come true.
oh, and with Base Buzz back, its even worse of a thing to have.
Unlimited: not worth the space, just use NGR and then use some
card drawing thingummy to get it, and attach it to the pokemon.
there are other ways of accomplishing this too that are better
than that. energy-trans, the expedition ampharos, etc. 60HP on a
stage one? begone, foul low HP monster!!! 1/5
Modified: not BAD, can hel with Zapdos as I said, cna help in some
other situations too like with the "crystal type" pokemon (which I
am a big fan of now). play it for the power, not for anyhting
else. 2.5/5
Draft: never really bad to have a resistance in draft and with so
many of the higher evos of lightning being rare in aqua, it kind
of lessens the threat. and now you can draft 3+ colors and be safe
with miracle shift. 3/5
