– Main premise of the Ludicargo deck that has
been seeing a lot of play in tournies. You see
search your deck for any card with the Smooth
Over Magcargo then draw it with Ludicolo’s Swing
Dance power.
The Ludicolo line is all about healing and his 1st
attack for only 1W, Healing Steps does 30 damage
and then lets you discard as many cards from
your hand to remove that many damage counters
from Ludicolo. It’s 2nd attack
Circular Steps does 10 damage times the number
of total Pokemon in play excluding your Ludicolo.
Circular Steps has the possibility of hitting
for 110 damage if both your opponent’s and your
bench are full.
Unlimited:
2/5 – We don’t need anymore Lightning weak
Pokemon to fall to the almighty BS Electabuzz.
But who plays that anymore. An interesting
little idea with Ludicolo is Riptide Feraligatr.
Discard Water energies to heal Ludicolo then
whenever Riptide is ready unleash the power.
Modified:
3/5 – Very fast deck when combo’d with Magcargo.
Although it is still susceptible to Dark Amphy
or Zappy-ex decks which are still pretty
popular.
Limited:
4/5 – With Healing Steps this Ludicolo can stay
alive for a long time in draft while dishing out
30 a turn for only 1 energy.
