Starmie d (Delta) 1/5
This is quite worthless, unless you're playing Prerelease. In
Constructed, there are simply many better options out there,
including the Starmie d that can "fetch" Metal Energies. In
Limited, I'll give it a 3/5.

Starmie [delta species]
Unlimited:
Just terrible here... 70 hp, weak to lightning (rocket's
zapdos, electabuzz, etc), weak attacks, just no.
1/5
Modified:
There is nothing special about this card, it's also weak
to lightning which is played a lot (at least, where I
live). the first attack does 20 damage... wow.
the second 50 and even goes through metal energy and
such!!1 that's the worst all-evolved pokemon I have seen
for a while.
1/5
Limited:
it benefits from metal energy, which is pretty good, and
it also has a pretty cheap attack. 1 energy for 20
damage is nice.
the second attack need 3 energy, which is kinda high,
but 50 damage is enough to KO most basics in the set, so
if starmie isn't KO'ed by the time you have 3 energy on
it, it's pretty useful I guess.
weakness to lightning hurts a lot btw.
2/5

Starmie ( Delta Species)
This is my first COTD review so let's see how I do ; ).
Unlimited: One for 20 is to low for unlimited especially
being a stage 1.
And 50 for three is just to ER an SER sensetive (not
that 50 would be enough) . Ok you could play it with DC
or Boost but that just won't cut it either. 70 HP is
avarage for a stage 1 but in unlimited it gets KO'ed to
easy.
Modified: Nothing special here just a crappy card. I
would even put it in my binder : P
Limited: This is were it shines I mean 70 for HP is
actually good here and a quick 20 is nice.
Three for 50 wil KO basics so I say if you don't have
anything beter than this use it.
