William Hung	My reviews are ratings are for Modified only. Scramble Energy Modified 3/5 - It's a nice card whenever your opponent's deck can either get KOs earlier than you or you have a slower set up because your initial draw isn't strong - which again leads to opponent getting KOs earlier than you, and you fall behind in prizes. It's situational, but it's still a powerful Energy card for many non-ex decks, or decks that can manipulate prize count. For instance, Exeggutor RG and Electrode ex would abuse Scramble Energy extremely well. It can make Scramble count as 3 Energies, and with each flip potentially worth 40 damage (for each HEADS), this is one scary card combination.
Computer Guy	Today's COTD Review is Scramble Energy (Deoxys) Scramble Energy is a game changing card when your losing. It does nothing when your winning but the second that your losing it provides 3 of any type of energy for an evolved non-ex pokemon. This card can win you games or get you at the very least back into a match. Ratings Unlimited: 2/5 Modified: 4.5/5 Limited: 2/5
Raichu88	My name is Scramble I’m a Colorless Energy When you behind in prizes I count for any color times three Unlimited: Has it’s uses but there a better energy here like DCE and Recycle. Rating : 1.5/5 Modifed: Very useful card it can be very nasty when your behind in prizes and wanting to smack your opponent. Together with Monday’s CotD Raichu d you do 90 by discarding it. Rating : 3/5 Limited: Yeahh it’s three energy and your behind in prizes quick so yeah. Rating : 4/5
