Reviews are ratings are for Modified only. Kabutops delta Modified 2/5 - I think this is a nice stage 2 Pokemon, but again a bit too slow. 70 damage for 3 Lightning is nice, but it just ties Zapdos ex. It has different benefits and drawbacks - Vital Drain is good for finishing off weakened Pokemon. Overall, I think there are just too many One-Hit KO decks that makes this card mediocre at best.
