Togetic δ
Modified:
While this format is filled with delta Pokemon, very few of
them have attacks you can create an advantage by copying. 60
HP make this card a weak Stage1.
Modified: 2/5
Unlimited:
Unlimited does not have many playable delta Pokemon. Stick
with Ditto (Fossil) and Clefable (Jungle).
Unlimited: 1/5
Limited:
Not bad, considering you can expect a lot of opposing Delta
Pokemon.
Limited: 3.5/5

Togetic δ
Togetic can actually be pretty good in certain metagames. If
Delta decks are big in your area, then Togetic is definately
worth considering. If there aren't very many Delta decks
around, Togetic is terrible.
Unlimited: 1/5
No Delta Pokemon here. Togetic serves no purpose in
Unlimited.
Modified: 2/5
Togetic is nice against decks like Rai/Eggs Or Sally d, but
can easily be played around by a smart opponent. They can
just opt to no evolve into their powerful Delta Pokemon
untill they're needed, and screw over your Togetic.
Limited: 3/5
All of your opponents Pokemon should be Delta in Limited, so
Delta Copy should be very useful. Being an evolution and
only having 60 HP is pretty weak though.

Modified 1/5 - I think the Delta Copy is a bit limiting. There
are many non-Delta decks in the environment, and its HP is too
low as a Stage 1. Sorry. |
