Today’s Card Of The Day
is…Mysterious Shard from Crystal Guardians.
Interesting card we have today, it Basically provides a 1 turn
safeguard to any non-ex pokemon. With all the new and far more
powerful EXs coming out, this guy might be worth a second look.
Sure there are ways around it, but to get around it your
opponent has to waste a resource. Windstorm or Warp Point come
to mind, but the fact remains that it protects you for 1 turn.
Because you can attach it to a basic, your starter can use it.
This is great with Mew Ex and Banette Ex showing their purple
faces T2. The Metagame will determine how useful this card
becomes.
Combos:
Kingler d would abuse this card, hitting an EX for 80 damage,
and being immune the next turn!
