Scyther (Jungle):
Unlimited 3/5: Resistance to fighting , free retreat... This
card is GREAT. It's only downfall is the 3 energy to attack.
That can easily be overdone with Double Colorless Energy ,
however that makes you vulnerable to Energy Removal.

Unlimited: Good card free retreat and can do 60 turn 2
plus it’s a basic that has resistance to Fighting.
Rating : 3/5
Modified: As yesterday’s card it’s out of the format but
if it was around it wouldn’t be that great. 70 HP is
nice for a Basic but it’s attacks aren’t great without
DCE and since it’s a basic it can’t use Boost, DRE or
Scramble. Free retreat is always nice.

Limited: Back then hell yeah it can do 30 for 3
colorless energy and has free retreat.

4/10 Scyther (Jungle)
One of the most versatile Pokemon of all time! Free
retreat, 70 HP basic, all colorless attack, fighting
resistance, what more could you ask for? The only thing
even remotely bad about this card is its somewhat low
damage output. However, 3 for 30 back then was a lot
better than 3 for 30 nowadays. This card abuses Recycle
Energy and Double Colorless Energy.
