Does its second attack shuffle levelled up pokémon? What
happens to the level X card as its not considered an
evolution stage? Will the level X rules allow Infernape
to become an Archetype? Until these questions are
answered, Dialga cannot get a fair review. It may be a
welcome tech in MSN decks after basic metal energies are
put into format but otherwise it has expensive, slow
attacks.
