JOLTEON:
Jolteon can be a nice surprise that is accessible with
Holon Mentor. However, being limited to one star Pokemon
per deck, you may have better choices to run in your
deck.

Jolteon * I like, Agility which is always a great
attack, not to mention great stall, Jolteon's Poke Power
is pretty nice too just depends on the deck.
Three Energies for 40 damage is in my opinion the only
downside to agility but nonetheless it's a good attack

A mentorable Strength Charm could be useful sometimes.
It might find a niche in some random combo deck, we'll
have to wait and see.

Agility for 40 is godly here. This is a good enough
reason to run lightning.

Unlimited: We got Plus Power to do the trick for us.

Modified: Good card but my opinion is that I would only
fit into a Banette Ex Deck. Like you drop Jolteon * then
do Shady Move. Otherwise I wouldn’t put it in another
deck if you can use Jolteon Ex.

Jolteon~Jolteon is
one of those pretty stars that is just so nice to look
at but not to play. The ability is a venture bomb for
both active which is helpful at times but overall not
really needed unless a incredible combo surfaces. three
for 40 um no I have seen three for 200 on a basic and
three for 150 on a star.
